Update from Rustic Rock Maple
After an uncertain future, due to serious health issues, we are glad to say we are back in the saddle! We are truly grateful to all the medical professionals at Allegheny Health Network for getting us through these tough times. We would not be making syrup with out the dedicated help from our friends and neighbors and emotional support from family. February 2, 2025 we did our first boil of the year and are glad to see sap running after the long extended drought. Eventually we will get our stock built up so we can get back out to the markets and festivals. Hope to see you all soon!
